A huge advocate for EdTech and DEI, Ashley Turner is currently a Senior Academic Technologist at Swarthmore College. She trains faculty, staff, and students on learning technology software and shows them how to use it more meaningfully. At Swarthmore, Ashley leads blended, active, and online learning initiatives. She also leads the IT DEI Committee where she and her colleagues develop monthly DEI workshops geared toward IT professionals. She served as Chair of Swarthmore College’s Staff Advisory Council and is a part of the leadership team for their Women of Color (WoC) Employee Resource Group. She also served as a Young Professional Advisory Committee member for EDUCAUSE. With 10 years of learning and development experience, Ashley strives to help people learn better through the use of technology. Not only is Ashley passionate about EdTech, but she is also on a mission to help diversify the tech industry by getting more women of color involved in tech. She is the recipient of the 2019 Technically Philly Award for Impact Leader of the Year where she was recognized for her work as founder of Philly Tech Sistas, a nonprofit that helps women of color get more involved in the technology field by providing technical and professional development opportunities. She was also listed as one of the Philadelphia Business Journal's Power 100 of 2020 and Top 40 under 40 in 2021.

He has 18 Years of experience developing community-based arts programming, 9 Years in Sales, and Three Media/Tech Degrees. His achievements include driving upwards of 150million in sales, teaching Kids and Young Adults how to engage creatively and working in some of the most prestigious Companies in the Entertainment Industry from Walt Disney World to The Recording Academy.

Heather Flowers (she/they) is an independent game developer specializing in design and narrative. She is best known for the Extreme Meatpunks Forever series of games and Snake Farm. At the time of writing, she is working on two projects: a narrative deckbuilder about conflict negotiation at the end of the world called The Last Days of Friendship Valley, and a sequel to Snake Farm titled Fish Fear Me.

With the vision of helping many indie studios sprout up in Philadelphia, Khenan Newton directs in-person playtesting sessions, game jams, and talks as an Event Director of PGM. He has partnered with Drexel University and the University of the Arts to provide communal workspace for Philadelphia’s local game developers. He is also the founder and CEO of Plot Armor Studios working on his flagship title, Flow: Last Origins.

RJ Reyes has been working in the games industry since 2004. He's been a producer, educator, business developer, consultant, and QA tester, and he's worked on projects both big and small. Some of the companies he's worked for include Amazon Games, Epic Games, Vivendi Games, 2K Games, Disney Interactive, Mattel, as well as multiple indie studios. The most recently released project he worked on was LEGO Fortnite. RJ is excited to be part of PHL Gaming and especially to see the Philly gaming scene continue to grow!

Joe Marsh is the CEO of T1 Entertainment & Sports, where he has driven the organization to new heights. Under his leadership, T1’s League of Legends team won the 2023 World Championship and the inaugural League of Legends Championship at the Esports World Cup. Recognized twice by Forbes as one of the Top 10 most valuable esports companies globally, T1 continues to lead the industry. Marsh has spearheaded initiatives like the T1 Base Camp, T1 Cafe & Arena, and the T1 Esports Academy, significantly shaping the esports landscape in South Korea and beyond. T1 operates 8 teams across 6 major games and collaborates with renowned brands including Nike, Mercedes Benz, Samsung, Red Bull, and Ralph Lauren. With over 19 years in sports and entertainment, Marsh’s journey from intern to executive highlights his dedication and influence in the industry. He holds a Marketing degree from Millersville University and an MBA in Finance, Analytics, and Strategic Management from Villanova University.
